Equipment Management

Manage your sports equipment list, track usage, maintenance records, and replacement schedules. This feature revolves around two core functions: individual equipment management and equipment set management, giving you full control over your gear.

Individual Equipment Management

You can create a dedicated record for each piece of equipment for easy tracking and management.

• Equipment List: View all your equipment in a unified list, filterable by sport or equipment type. The list automatically separates items into "In Use" and "Retired" sections at a glance.
• Add and Edit: Easily add new equipment and edit its details at any time, such as brand, model, purchase date, size, and color. You can also mark items as "Default for Practice" or "Default for Match" so they are recommended first when creating activities.
• Photo Records: Upload a photo for each item to record its appearance and condition, automatically synced to the cloud (premium feature).
• Status Management: Mark equipment as "In Use" or "Retired" with an optional retirement date, so you always know where each item stands in its lifecycle.

Equipment Gallery

Tap the gallery button in the top-right corner to open the "Equipment Gallery", which displays all items that have photos in a responsive grid. Full-screen viewing with zoom (pinch and double-tap) and swipe to switch between items are supported. The gallery is a premium feature - upgrading unlocks unlimited photo storage and cloud sync backup.

Equipment Set Management

The "Equipment Sets" feature allows you to create combinations of frequently used gear for quick preparation before a match or training session.

• Create Sets: Build different equipment sets for various activities, like a "Soccer Match" set or a "Gym Workout" set. You can also create default sets with one tap, which automatically generates "Soccer Training Essentials" and "Match Day Gear".
• Advanced Settings: Each item in a set can be marked as "Essential", given custom notes, and reordered.
• Frequently Used Sets: Your most-used equipment sets are pinned at the top as "Frequently Used" (up to 3), so preparation is even faster next time.
• Search and Stats: Search your equipment sets, and each set shows the item count, essential count, and accumulated usage count.
• Centralized Management: You can add, edit, or delete your equipment sets at any time on the management page.

Pre-Match and Pre-Training Checklists

Link equipment sets or individual items to matches and training sessions so you never leave gear behind:

• Quick Select: When creating a match or training event, you can quickly check off items from a preset equipment set or the equipment picker.
• Equipment Checklist: The detail page of a match or training generates a dedicated checklist from your selected items. Each item shows "Carried" once checked, with a progress bar for completion.
• Quick Actions: Check or uncheck all items, or mark everything done in one tap. Your checklist status is saved automatically.

Share Equipment Info

Tap the share button in the top-right corner of the equipment detail page to share gear info with teammates or coaches:

• Share as Text: Generates text with the equipment name, brand/model, size/color, usage period, match count, and notes, easy to paste into LINE and other apps.
• Share as Image: Generates a high-quality share card featuring the equipment photo, name, and usage stats, perfect for social sharing.
