Three Training Types
You can create three different types of training to meet various needs:
- Group Training: Ideal for team practices. You can set detailed locations, add participants, and use powerful recurring settings to easily schedule daily or weekly sessions.
- Personal Training: Designed for one-on-one coaching or lessons. You can link specific coaches and record key points and feedback for each session.
- Self-Directed Training: For when you train alone. This is the most feature-rich mode, allowing you to plan a detailed "Training Menu," allocate time for each item, and track your completion progress during the workout.
Training List and Management
- Centralized View: All training types are displayed in a single list for unified viewing and management.
- Quick Filtering: Quickly filter records by training type, status, or year.
- One-Tap Duplicate: For routine workouts, long-press any item to quickly duplicate it and create a new, similar session, saving you time.
Details and Feedback
After each training session, you can leave detailed records and notes.
- Training Details: View all specifics of a session. For recurring training, you can manage single occurrences or the entire series.
- Log Results: For group and personal training, you can fill out post-training feedback, including self-ratings and notes.
- Progress Tracking: In self-directed training, you can check off completed items on your training menu, and the app will display your progress with a bar and percentage.
Training Menu Templates
A powerful feature designed for "Self-Directed Training" to make your workouts more efficient.
- Create Templates: Save frequently used training menus as templates for future use.
- Manage Templates: Browse, search, edit, or delete your saved templates on a dedicated management page.
- Apply Instantly: When creating a self-directed training session, simply select a template from your library to instantly load a full training menu and start your workout.
